This involves old boys, past and current parents and supports of the College. In this light, the College seeks to appoint an experienced professional to take responsibility of the role of a Philanthropy Manager. The successful candidate will be is responsible for fundraising, sponsorship, and general philanthropic support. Annual key performance indicators will be set on donor relations, philanthropic income, annual giving participation rates, donor retention and donor satisfaction. The successful applicant will report to Head of Philanthropy & Community Relations. They will possess a high degree of proficiency and experience the core areas of behavioural, leadership and technical competencies expected in this role. A collegial & collaborative approach as a member of a successful team is essential.
