The College seeks to appoint an outstanding, committed and experienced leader to fulfil the role of Director of Business Services. The successful applicant will drive the finance and business strategies detailed in the Strategic Plan of the College and analyse, develop and implement business strategies and processes which most efficiently deliver the requirements of a world class educational offering.

 

As a member of the Leadership Team, the position reports directly to the Headmaster.

 

The successful applicant will have the ability to initiate, champion and implement change where required. Demonstrated competencies in business and operational control and discipline; contract development and supervision; asset and risk management; strategic analysis and thought leadership; staff leadership and development of the service teams are a priority. The successful applicant will also act as Executive Officer of the College’s Financial Advisory Committee.
