About St Joseph's College
Founded in 1881, St Joseph’s is an independent Catholic boarding and day secondary school for boys, under the care of the Marist Brothers. In 2019, enrolment is approximately 1,100 boys from Years 7 to 12.
About the Role
As one of the largest boarding schools in Australia, Boarding Coordinators teach as well as hold senior positions in the College.
Boarding Coordinators work in consultation with the Head of Boarding and the Deputy Headmaster.
A major focus of the position is the ability to lead, organise, coordinate and interact pastorally with a single year group of boarding and extended day students.

The College seeks an exceptional leader of young men who is able to demonstrate pastoral leadership in the Catholic tradition with highly developed communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Applicants must have great energy, interest and desire to work closely with students. Applicants with qualifications and experience in a boarding context will be well regarded.
